True Tesla V4 Supercharger sites across California. Up to 500 kW, open to every modern EV, with 97% uptime. Tap to pay at the stall or pay by card at the kiosk. No membership required.
Charging shouldn't need a tutorial. Every AsterFleet stall works the same way, for every car.
Find an open stall. No reservation, no check-in. Every AsterFleet site sits at a retail center, so while your car charges you can shop, grab coffee or a meal, pick up groceries, or run an errand. Open 24/7, lit and camera-covered.
NACS plugs in natively. CCS uses the built-in Magic Dock, no adapter needed. Tap to pay at the stall, pay by card at the kiosk, use Plug & Charge, or the Tesla app if you already use it. The app works here; it's never required.
True V4 stalls peak at 500 kW. Every car charges as fast as it can, and most add meaningful range in 15 to 20 minutes. Your receipt is itemized.
Three promises, in the order drivers actually rank them.
We're building the network one stretch at a time, in order.
True V4 Supercharger sites across Southern California: V4 dispensers and V4 power cabinets, up to 500 kW per stall, payment kiosk on site, retail next door. First sites deploy across 2026 and 2027.
Solar canopies and Tesla Megapack batteries at the busiest sites, cutting grid demand and keeping stalls at full power through peak hours.
High-power charging for electric trucks and private depot charging for commercial fleets. The same no-nonsense model, for the vehicles that move California's goods.
Sites are chosen for grid capacity, retail next door, and real traffic, not to color in a coverage map.
AsterFleet is a California small business. We develop and control the sites, Tesla operates the hardware, and three kinds of partners make the network grow.
AsterFleet pays for everything: the equipment, the construction, the utility upgrades, and the ongoing operations. Property owners pay nothing. The station brings EV drivers to your center every day, and we handle the rest.
Submit a site → Capital partnersAsterFleet holds long-term site control: ground leases, interconnection rights, and entitlements. Tesla runs operations. No station staff, no retail margin risk.
Request the brief → Light-duty fleetsRideshare, rentals, government vehicles, and last-mile vans get network access on commercial terms, with predictable pricing and reliable stalls.
Talk to fleet →Tell us which one you are and we'll reply within one business day. Drivers: this is also where you join the opening-announcement list.

ASTERFLEET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ASTERFLEET, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ASTERFLEET'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN OF THESE LIMITATIONS, IN WHICH CASE THE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AsterFleet and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any Submission you provide.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you and AsterFleet consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. To the extent permitted by law, both parties waive any right to a jury trial. Any cause of action must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause arises or be permanently barred.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AsterFleet regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements on that subject.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

This Cookie Policy explains how AsterFleet, operated by AsterFleet LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies on asterfleet.com (the "Site"). This Policy supplements the AsterFleet Privacy Policy and should be read together with it.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. "Similar technologies" include local storage, session storage, pixel tags, web beacons, and software development kits. These technologies allow a website to recognize your device and store certain information about your interactions.
Cookies may be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (remaining for a defined period). Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting ("first-party") or by third parties whose content or services are integrated ("third-party").
We use only the following categories. We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
The Site uses two external services that may set cookies or load resources from third-party servers:
We do not: build advertising or behavioral profiles; share your browsing behavior with ad networks or data brokers; track you across other websites; sell information collected via cookies; or use device fingerprinting for marketing.
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies, and to block cookies from particular sites or all sites. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect Site functionality. Browser-specific instructions:
Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, AsterFleet will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under California law and a valid opt-out signal under similar laws in other jurisdictions. Because we do not sell or share personal information, the GPC signal does not change Site behavior, but the signal is recognized.
Industry standards regarding "Do Not Track" browser signals are not uniform. The Site does not currently rely on advertising tracking, so DNT signals do not change Site behavior.
If you visit the Site from a jurisdiction that requires affirmative consent before non-essential cookies are placed (e.g., EU/EEA under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, the UK under PECR), only strictly necessary cookies are loaded by default. We will obtain consent before placing any non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and storage for asterfleet.com or by contacting us.
The Site is web-based and does not use mobile SDKs or app-based tracking technologies.
We may update this Cookie Policy as the Site evolves or as the technologies used change. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date and, where required, by additional notice on the Site.
